Embracing constant change with Grace & Ease

Hello beautiful people,

As Fall arrives, it serves as a powerful reminder that life is constantly moving forward. Change is an unavoidable part of our life, and perhaps what often brings us anxiety is our strong attachment to material possessions and our expectations for things to be a certain way.

So, how can we find comfort amidst change? How can we set intentions without becoming overly attached to the outcome? And how can we shift our mindset from trying to control everything to trusting that whatever happens is ultimately meant for our highest good?

Another important question... how can we embrace the ever-changing flow of life instead of resisting it? 

The first step is by noticing when you find yourself resisting change. Where do you feel a sense of disharmony within your body and mind?

Remember, the opposite of resistance is acceptance. Where are you currently struggling to accept reality, people, and events exactly as they are?

While you can't force acceptance, you can explore it and work with it. Take it apart, dissect it, and delve into its depths.

Remember, practice is the key to lasting change. While we might experience insights and inspiration through psychedelics or mental experiences, it is the consistent practice of shifting old patterns is what rewires your unconscious mind and allows you to break free from old patterns.

I sincerely wish you all the joy and good health that life has to offer. It's crucial to recognise that this present moment is all we have, and it's up to us to choose how we embrace it.
